Refund Policy

Clause 1 – General

1.1 This Refund Policy ("Policy") shall apply to all Payment Transactions whereby the customers makes payment to PAYMIGHT for goods and/or services offered by PAYMIGHT via any accepted payment method.

1.2 This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into PAYMIGHT's Terms of Service and shall be legally binding upon the customers upon the execution of any payment transaction.

Clause 2 – Refund Requests Initiated by customers

2.1 Subject to submission of supporting documentation and PAYMIGHT's review and approval, the customers may apply for a refund in the event of any of the following:

  • (i) Order cancellation prior to shipment or delivery;
  • (ii) Non-receipt of goods and/or services;
  • (iii) Receipt of defective, damaged, or materially incorrect goods and/or services;
  • (iv) Duplicate or erroneous charges.

2.2 All refund requests must be submitted via PAYMIGHT's designated customer support channels and accompanied by relevant evidence such as payment confirmation, order details, and communication records.

2.3 PAYMIGHT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and approve or reject any refund request based on the submitted information and compliance with this Policy.

Clause 3 – Processing Fee Deduction

3.1 PAYMIGHT shall be entitled to deduct any applicable processing fees, administrative costs, or third-party charges incurred in connection with the refund from the total refund amount, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations.

3.2 The customers acknowledges and agrees that any such fees shall be borne by the customers unless otherwise specified.

Clause 4 – PAYMIGHT's Right to Initiate Refund or Reversal

4.1 PAYMIGHT shall be entitled, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the customers, to cancel a Payment Transaction or initiate a refund to the customers in the following circumstances:

  • (i) The Payment Transaction is determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent;
  • (ii) The Payment Transaction was entered into under duress, threat, or misrepresentation;
  • (iii) PAYMIGHT is unable to fulfill the goods and/or services purchased by the customers;
  • (iv) Any dispute has arisen between the customers and PAYMIGHT which reasonably warrants a refund;
  • (v) Any technical or system error resulted in a Payment Transaction being executed incorrectly.

Clause 5 – Timeline for Refund Processing

5.1 Once a refund is approved and processed, the refund shall be credited to the customers within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days, subject to processing time by the issuing bank and schemes.

5.2 PAYMIGHT shall not be liable for any delay caused by third-party financial institutions involved in the refund process.

Clause 6 – Final Provisions

6.1 PAYMIGHT reserves the right to reject any refund request that it deems fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with this Policy.

6.2 Nothing in this Policy shall prejudice any statutory rights of the customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.3 PAYMIGHT may amend this Policy from time to time, and any such amendment shall take effect upon publication on PAYMIGHT's official website or platform.
